Re: Dorico Pro 2 released
I also want to see how movement titles are handled in parts when they occur in the middle of a page. So many things I need to see before I even consider learning this program. There are lots of videos, but they all seem to be at such a superficial level that they don't really give information a powe...

Re: Dorico Pro 2 released
Lots (and lots) of talk about scores, but I've yet to see any part samples coming from this product. Anyone using it care to share?

Re: "On cue"
Thanks for your arguments. This is a modern classical work; after weighing the options I ended up using "on cue" as is.

Re: "On cue"
I agree, but I'm trying to avoid using multiple mixed languages in the score. So my choices are Italian (all of the tempos and tempo changes), or French (the title pages, movement list, instrument names). I suppose French would work okay.

"Lead" voice moves around ensemble
Howdy, I have an ensemble of like instruments where the "lead" voice moves around the ensemble freely (and sometimes quickly). I had been thinking of using Hauptstimme markings (with brackets showing the end of the "lead" passage), but am now second-guessing myself. As a performe...

Hauptstimme/Nebenstimme
Howdy, do any of the standard included Finale fonts include the Hauptstimme (or Nebenstimme) abbreviation symbols? I peeked through the viewer and found nothing, but just because I didn't find it does not mean it isn't there...
