well THIS topic has sure taken a tangent!!
it's been interesting, even if rather unrelated to the original question LOL
quick callback to the original post: I'm rather upset that the orchestra is stuck working from parts that have errors in them that were only found AFTER they had all been printed and sent to the orchestra. (annoying things, like tempo marking text flowing off the page outside of printable area; or a cello cue in the contrabass part that was 4 measures too late and ended up covering up that contrabass part)
well, whoever the next orchestra that performs this particular work is, they will at least have thoroughly corrected parts!
