Whatever else you do I think you need to get those wayward dots in the treble to vertically align with the lefthand dots. Check Gould page 64 for tie options.

John, The slant in bar 72 of your version is the least objectionable imv. My main issue, however, is the lack of stems on some of those 16th notes. Thanks, John. Did you decide to do it this way to recreate the historical facsimile? I've never seen centered beams this drastic. Especially the 16hs with no stem to speak of.
