Re: Spatial piece
I do wish there were a way around the thick sustain lines. Why not white notes without stems followed by some kind of termination symbol? Thin lines would be used for gliss That is something I consider now. This is an old piece. In a piece I wrote later, I have used noteheads and lines under. Maybe...

Re: Braces
What excels Fred's brace is the perfect harmony with clefs in the BW-domain. Now I am even more convinced about color harmony between braces and clefs.

Font collections
I don't know if it is better place than "Sites" sub-forum, but I guess anyone interested in fonts will look first here.
Interesting collection, worth to mention:

Boosey twitters about accidental kerning
OMG! Engraving rules as tweets... Done in SCORE.
However, I have examples of B&H's scores far from being so meticulous... - 28 Oct 2015, 19:45

Re: Lilypond
Indeed, very nice.
Pierre, would you be interesting in engraving some examples, what I think is "advanced", and what I find in my engraving/music very often?
It would be great to compare these results! My examples are done in Finale.

Private message stays in OUTBOX
Problem: Private messages are still in Outbox folder.
Solution: no solution. It is the forum's kernel, that setting cannot be edited. The message is in Outbox as long the recipient hasn't open it. You can still edit the message.

Re: Braces
I like your brace as well!
I remember I have tried once to edit brace, but I got it very messy. It is not easy!
ADD: I would like to know your settings as well!

Lilypond
http://lilypond.org/ I have been always very fascinated with SCORE. Lilypond has similar way to execute engraving procedure. I wonder if here is anyone using it on regular basis. I am also curious about the efficiency of making scores in Lilypond (fixing errors, re-arranging, copy pasting), spatial...

Re: Braces
Interesting, indeed. I was also thinking about it. Hard to say, but I can say which I dislike: 9, 11, 13. I would vote for 6 and 7. About the BW-balance here as well: I find it that balancing well with clef is very important. Clefs of 6 looks similar to 1, but the brace at 1 takes to much black colo...
