IMO any supplementary explanation will just obscure the simple fact that the same note is spelled both as D flat and as C sharp. What's the problem?

Why not place the enharmonic between the Db and the C#? There's room there...

In that instance, yes; but there are lots of other bars with nothing but black notes, and adding another notehead would disrupt the spacing and be just as confusing, in my opinion, as others have found my alternatives!

I'll just leave it to everyone to put their own pencil mark on them.

Personally, I would add - nothing. Db and C# are totally normal notes.

You could put in the little parenthesized notes the first time an enharmonic appears and there only.That might be sufficient.
