A pity that the only copy of Risatti available is in the US and doesn't ship to Europe.
The other book is available for download in its dissertation form, while the full book is available
from its publisher here.

The Risatti book is not expensive. Lots of cheap copies around $10 on AbeBooks and eBay. It's a pretty useful resource IMO if anyone is interested in picking up a copy.

(This book has gotten insanely expensive!!! I paid $15 for my ex-library copy, LOL!)

[Risatti]
All copies on AbeBooks or on eBay are in the US.
Too bad, since I know how nasty can couriers be here with fees.

Thank you so much! That should give us lots of leads.
We've gotten quite a few musical symbols into Unicode so far, about a third of which were accidentals, and have some harp pedal notation we haven't quite figured out yet to propose. This might result in quite a few more.
