Dorico 5.1.40 update

There's another 'small' update for Dorico, which brings a number of additional features and fixes.
There are now little help icons in lots of places, which bring up the corresponding Help pages in the documentation.
A new option to improve enharmonic spellings for transposing instruments.
New Engraving Options for Beams and Slurs, and some new Layout Options.
.. and a bunch of bug fixes.
