time signature font or symbol

I'm looking for a font or simple symbols that I can use in text layout programs for time signatures. They are surprisingly hard to find, even in the several music fonts I have.

It depends. What typesetting software do you use? If you are serious about the outcome, I would recommend using LaTeX.
