This is quite different to the treble clef used now (Maestro is preferred, DSE font which has treble 8va glyphs but not treble itself) is, I believe based on maestro. I doubt anyone would be offended by you using, but I can ask if you are concerned.

I like your clef much better than the Durand, but as it appears to me inline. Yours is much warmer.
