Not sure if I have notated meas.7 correctly. The bracket notes should sound the same as all the other 8th notes, but if I write them as 8th notes, I’d have to change the time signature of that measure to 9/8. Thanks.

If you want each quarter note under the triplet bracket to equal two tied eighths of the other measures, then you will need to write it in 9/8 or 3/8+3/4 meter.
