I got a little seasick looking at those rotating clefs!

I've wondered the same thing, Pierre, about the Henle treble clef. I think the design has been around for a while, so it could just be a result of less sophisticated tools than we have now. On the other hand, when printed out, the blemishes aren't that noticeable in the original design, but I definitely like your corrections.
