Very strange. The previous test post went through on this thread, but when I tried pasting a longer post here it didn't go through again, and I get the error message:

No route found for "GET /posting.php" (from "viewtopic.php?f=11&t=432&p=6149")

Maybe its the act of pasting that is stopping it. Or the length. I will try again tomorrow.

That is very strange. Try to post just a short test message there, you can delete it.

John, are you trying to post using TapaTalk? I have just yesterday updated the plugin. Perhaps that is why. I can turn it off. Not sure how many people use tapatalk.

Sorry everyone. I figured out what it was. This forum doesn't allow one to place single quotes around a word within a phrase in double quotes, at least when the word is at the end of the phrase so the single and double quotes are next to each other. Obviously, I can't post the example. I eliminated the quotes and successfully posted at the other thread.
