I'm having trouble trying to work out the last beat of this first bar:
My thoughts are either that the dot is in the wrong place:
Or possibly triplets? That would match the following bar.
The phrase is repeated identically.

Obviously I don’t know and I can’t see the larger context, but triplets were my first thought.

Yes, but that requires the correction of the dotted note to a 16th, not a 32nd as well.

The composer may have drawn the third beam too long in haste or error and meant the following, which would match the rhythm of the roulade in the third measure exactly. The use of the dot has been discussed previously:
