It is a rather fascinating and clever short video from the London Philharmonic Orchestra showing what is going on in the score during the first two minutes of the second movement of Brahms's 4th Symphony.
Finale 26.3.1 & 27.4 Dorico 5.1.81 waiting but not yet in use

From it's font it is definitely Sibelius
