Engraving in MuseScore

I am on the bottom of the page 2, I am trying to find the best solution for this:

Trying to add glissando lines makes the score very "unstable", since MuseScore adds automatically extra space for the glissando lines.
Using a normal line, what we have in Finale, is also awkward, since it adds a very large line above the stave, so I need to resize each of them. Any change to the measure length misplaces the lines. I will try to find a solution by using a large zig-zag line.

Here is the document (PDF attached below). Since the music is not published yet, I make reservation for the public. For anyone interested in opening it, I will send the password.
If you want to test any of the tricks from the music, please do not post the whole page, just segments. Thank you.

Personnaly I would keep the same distance between none headed stems, including the last 16th:

Anyway, in my coding the zig-zags are simple glissandi with special settings (thickness, minimum length, left and right padding, added arrow)

OCTO, I was able to draw this using the line tool in Finale without "very large lines above the staff." Of course if you change the measure width, you will have to adjust the lines, which is annoying. Does the zig-zag that you created in Inkscape automatically adjust to changes to the measure length in MuseScore?

Two things I've noticed:
- page 1, 5th system, 2nd voice, mes.6, last D, the dot is missing;

Interesting, the dot is hidden behind the notehead. I am unable to select it... I will see what can be done.

EDIT: I have fixed it. A nice thing in Musescore: you select a note and than there are additional options what else ONLY you want to select:

With selected "Dot" I could edit its many values, unfortunately not "size":

The lines I have created in Inkscape are just pure vector lines with some width. After doing that, it is impossible to go back to MuseScore for further editing, since Inkscape is a vector graphic editor, and I edit PDF file.
Yes, if the measure width is changed all lines are misplaced again.

Yes, I have edited the slope. In Musescore it is very far away. Perhaps I can work more to edit it to look better, but there is no a strict rule except some cases. Do you think it should be "flat"? For my taste it should not.

I have tried to do the same that way, but it was very unstable. Was it difficult to do it in LP?

It will be explained in the preface. P - I use for short version of "sul ponticello" and PE for "sul ponticello estremamente". It would take to much space, and this way it is very easy to see and to remember. It worked good in my previous pieces.
